Poppy's Pack is a rescue and adoption blog created and operated by Poppy Prescott, a Louisville, Kentucky-based adopter, foster volunteer, and advocate for animal welfare. The Service provides honest, judgment-free guidance for first-time and would-be pet adopters through articles, personal stories, and practical advice covering topics such as adoption experiences, the first 30 days with a new pet, behavior challenges, foster care realities, and managing pet life on a budget.
The content on poppyspack.com is intended for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information based on personal experience and research, the Service does not constitute professional veterinary, behavioral, or legal advice. Poppy's Pack operates without sponsors, affiliate links, or paid product placements. Recommendations are based solely on Poppy Prescott's direct experience and are not influenced by commercial partnerships.

All content on poppyspack.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of Poppy's Pack or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Poppy's Pack name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Poppy's Pack. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from poppyspack.com without our express written permission, except as follows:
Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials

The User Content does not promote animal cruelty, neglect, or illegal activities
The User Content does not contain false or misleading claims about animal health, behavior, or training
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POPPY'S PACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Poppy's Pack does not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any information, products, or services obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL POPPY'S PACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poppy's Pack, its owner Poppy Prescott, and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Louisville, Kentucky, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
12. Changes to Terms
Poppy's Pack reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on poppyspack.com and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice, such as through email or a notice on our homepage.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid, legal, and enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Poppy's Pack regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Poppy's Pack.
